No customer service

Very good until they have you signed up and from there it is a downward slope. No customer service. You cannot speak to an agent. Only watsapp. Service is also conatantly down. And they increase their prices just as they want. Do not fall for the low premiums as advertized on their website. It will last 3 months only. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
