No Customer Service!!!!!!!!
I am a subscriber to WebAfrica. It takes more than 30 minutes to get through to Tech Support and that is if you do not get disconnected after holding on for more than 30 minutes. I am currently without internet access and I cannot get through to WebAfrica to resolve my problem. For the record I will change service providers, as I require my ISP to at least be available to support my service for which I pay!!!!!!!!
