No Customer Interest
So i don't like posting negativity, but it would seem WebAfrica has forced me to do so. So After having logged a called with WebAfrican nearly two weeks, the call is still being processed. They not even helpful on Whatsapp as Francios was even please to say that i am welcome to leave and go to another service provider. I can say that after having consulted my alternative provider for another site, they have resolved my query within the same week. Seems like webafrica is just in it to increase the subscriber base but not really support the queries people might have. So Webafrica please resolve my issue, or we can go further.

I beg to differ, as I said before in my ticket and previous communication. I had the same problem, whereby I could not access my firewall or camera services from outside on my MWEB account at 12 Coetzenburg Street, MWEB addressed the issue with Vumatel and in less than a week the Query has been resolved.
From the below email you have already insinuated that Vumatel does not allow all ports yet MWEB was able to resolve my issue by having Vumatel open ports 1-65535. My view point is that Webafrica is not prepared to resolve a query urgently and left me hanging for two weeks.
I have cancelled my service with WebAfrica and moved over to MWEB as of earlier today, I cannot be put from pillar to post with a service provider who is not competent enough to resolve a issue of this state.

Thank you for your email.?Kindly note that Vumatel nor Webafrica allows all ports to be enabled opened.?I can, however, escalate this to vumatel in asking if their Vuma Reach boxes have some sort of firewall or anything that might be blocking certain ports but to my knowledge there should not be anything blocking ports.?Kindly let me know if I should send the request through??Looking forward in your response.
