No customer interaction / communication. They just want your money.

App**** for connection. Asked to speak to someone to answer questions I had. Nothing. Just sent router and someone to install. Not able to contact anyone to discuss things. Turned down the offer of installation as I could not have questions answered. Now legal department contacts me to retrieve router. Now they want to communicate. Pathetic.
