No customer care

My fiber wasn't working on Monday till today , the fault is at the box outside . I did report it on Monday but today was doing a follow up as it was a public holiday yesterday ,wanted to know when they coming. Didnt the guy i was talking to on their WhatsApp line just tell me i must just cancel with them because they wont be coming anytime soon.
