No csutomer service , dont care about customers, paying for a service i do not get

Do not use this company, I have had an endless issue with my internet and then never fix it, asked for a manager to call me over 20 times and still waiting, but forget to pay you account and then suddenly they responded with a letter demanding you pay. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS YOU CAN. I pay for a 1GB fibre line and 2 years they can't work out why I can't download faster than 30MB
