No consultants to talk to only robots.

I have had a problem with my connection since the weekend couldn't get hold of any one just computers and then during the week now I get a what's app and it takes longer than a hour for someone to send a msg to me and say they checking then just say its fine and then finish the msg and it still isn't working. That has happen 3 times I don't know now what to do.
