No Consistent Service from supposed Provider

Good day.

Since 20:00 on 09/08/2023, my internet has been down. there is absolutely no support from Webafrica after 19:00.

It is now 12:48 on 10/08/2023 and the internet service is still not running at my home. This is utterly pathetic. I have heard that AOL (America On-Line) is terrible but the world hasn't experienced and doesn't know the pathetic service Webafrica gives on a constant basis.

I have been in month-to-month contact with them for +- one year now and every month without fail the service goes down. I have been trying to get assistance from 07:30 on 10/08/2023 and all i get is a abosultely dumb message periodically - 'Thanks! We will connect you to the next available agent as soon as possible. Need to go grab a cuppa? No problem! Just keep an ear out for when we message you on this platform.' - this is especially annoying and seems like a great big F-YOU to their customers.

I am paying R759 p/m I'm sure Webafrica thinks this is little money but to me is quite a bit. I am not getting any service and am consistently down.

I will highly recommend that people leave this service provider and use others.
