No connectivity and no response

Wish I could say Webafrica is at leasat quick with sales but not so! Support is not existent - keep blaming Vumatel and Vumatel sends me back to Webafrica every time. 6 times to and fro now and no resolution or response. Useless! Rather use Vox Afrihost or similar. Webafrica will lock you in with settlement penalties and then refuse to give you service.
