No Connectivity AGAIN!!

Im extremely frustrated with the service I've been receiving from WebAfrica recently. It took them over 48 hours to resolve a connectivity issue we had last week. Today we are having connectivity issues yet again. Although I expressed the urgency of getting this matter resolved as we are working from home, I was told that the matter was logged with their "upstream provider" who would get back to us in a day or two. I said that this is unacceptable as we need to work. The only response I got was "sorry for the trouble".
