No connection, with no help.

My internet connection has been down for a few days now, yesterday I was told my call was logged given a link to check the status which by the way says nothing beyond the 16th of June, and for another area. Tried to get some help via there whatsapp system today with no luck, nobody’s saying anything. Not even an sms to alert anyone if there’s a problem.
