No Connection since January

Useless service providers. Since January i have been sruggling to be activated. First of all they activated the wrong box which was standing in my landlords after house after days of struggling to get though to them. You speak to numerous agents which keeps on escalating your problem but no feedback or you have to repeat everything. After finally installing the box 2 weeks ago. they bill me for activation on the wrong box since January. I keep on asking them to correct the bill as i cannot pay for something i never used.. Till today nobody has come back to me... and i am still not connected.

Is there ever going to be a solution for Webafrica's endless problems
