No connection, no answers

Have been finding it difficult to get good service the past few days. Network went down and no one has been able to assist me in getting it resolved apart from Nosipho who tried but I was only on for 3 hours. A reference number ISP-556259 given but I'm unable to tract the progress as the watsapp chat bot does not recognize it. I need wifi to work, if this continues, I would have to look for a different service provider.
