No connection for vuma

We have vuma wi fi at home and guess what 5 days without network connection at home. We have a pole that was installed in from of our gate., right, and when ever 2 other people connected to same pole we are connected to they report n the techniciam will come n fix.. Than we will be left without connection, we have try all other avenues to get help but .. No help or what so ever.. We have sent emails n sms but no one is contacting us or calling us but we pay it every month on 20th..
