NO CONNECTION FOR FULL TWO WEEKS!!!!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE FOR A PAID SERVICE

This service provider is a ****!!!! I have been contacting you for two full weeks to come and restore my connection but none of your agents are able to assist. I have wasted time, money and energy trying to get this resolved as I use the connection for works, studies and for my family.

Can you discontinue your services to people if you are not going to take people serious???? I am beyond disappointed with you. You keep on telling me to wait and wait LIKE FOR THE TWO FULL TWO WEEKS??????
