No connection for 6 weeks - WA***
I am with connection for 6 good weeks, all the do they make empty promises. I You cant even follow up you get transfered from pillor to post. I am not happy with the service at all I am waiting for a technician to come and check the line and no one is communicating with me. Theres no direct line to call and speak with a person its only live chats and where people just dissapear and the you speak to a new person having to repeat you self for 3 hours everyone you chat to is just useless.
