No CONNECTION!!!!

From poor customer service to zero help at all!

Since October I have logged countless tickets with them yet till today my issue is not resolved.

Its appalling and most frustrating as intentionally pay for a service yet I am not receiving it.

I have connection at most 2 days a week!!!!!!!!!! I am dependent on my Fibre for personal and work!!!!
