No conection after moving serves

Had fiber at my old house for a jear. Did aplikation to move my serves to my new house a month prior to moving in now i have been in my house house for a week. My instelation is done but no one knowse what is gowing on at web africa. One persen tels you one ting the oter tels me a nother ting amd no one knows what is going on. But i still have no connection we have spend over 500 min caling between metro fiber an web africa to sort this out but noting. Very poor client service experience.
