NO communication to paying clients

On monday we lost WIFI connection. Via the WhatsApp i have been trying to get feedback from my services provider. They closed my ticket because its a Vumatel/DFA problem but i pay WebAfrica and have no service.

They too cant get any information to tell their paying clients what is going on. Our kids are busy writing exams and need to study but cant.
