NO COMMUNICATION OR FEEDBACK!!!

Worst communication ever!!! I am furious I have not been contacted regarding my installation for over a week now, no feedback at all!! The whatsapp number is not helping or escalating my complaints at all. If i am not assisted with urgency i will be cancel my contract with WebAfrica. I am highly disappointed.
