No communication

Being in the waiting room from Saturday the 29th November 2025 today is the 4th December 2025 and I have still not received assistance I have been taking screenshots each day morning and afternoon to prove what I am saying don’t know how to resolve this matter as there is no response from this company. I have returned the router never even used the service as communication was bad from the time I wanted to use them. They never responded.
