NO CLIENT SERVICE AND OVERPRICED OFFERINGS FOR ESTABLISHED OLDER USERS

Have called and spoken to 2 consults who listened to the whole story and then transfered me to a no answer call 20 minutes both times, i told the one agent that why should i be paying 940 rand for a package that they now selling to new customers for R540 rand a month, i found even cheaper same up and download speed package for R450 rand a month , thats a savings of approx R6000 FOR A YEAR!emailed their sales time to get answers NO REPLY!! i have been with this service provider for a number of years and never once had a call to see if im happy or how they can better their services with cheaper options, IS THIS A COMPANY YOU WANT TO BE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO MONTHLY? THEY DONT GIVE A RATS ASS ABOUT YOU! Numerous if not 100s or thousands of complaints against this company. isnt it time to show these tyrant clowns what a group of us can achieve!!!
