NO CALL CENTRE, WHATSAPP AGENTS COMPLETELY ***********, IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The closed their call centre so you cant speak to anyone if you encounter internet problems. The direct you you to their Whatsapp but that is useless - agents are ***********, don't answer questions correctly and ignore some enquiries, then without notifying you they abandon the chat after taking forever. Pillar to post, one agent after the other you have to explain from scratch! Ive contacted The Ombudsman but they cant keep getting away with this. Decided it was enough so I want to cancel and they are making that impossible. No real person to speak with, you cant even pick up the phone and call because there will be no response. The customer zone doesnt offer the option but they insist that you go there, contradict themselves often too.
