No call centre, what a joke!!!

WEBAFRICA is by far the most ridiculous and pathetic service provider. Firstly they dont have a call centre where you can speak to someone, and get assistance immediately, they rely on WhatsApp chats. Which means you have to wait until they decide they ready to help you. They are quick to take money from you, however when it is time to refund you, they take their own time to do so. GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND SORT OUT THIS ISSUE.
