No business integrity

If only there was zero for rating, that’s what they would get. We paid for connection, delivery and subscription fee on 23 March 2022 and still don’t have internet connection. Today it’s the 9th of April 2022 and we still don’t have internet connection yet we paid for the service for the first month in full. What is sad is that as we work remotely it negatively affects us, why pay for a service when you can’t get value for money. When deduction is done I bet there is no compensation for the days without internet connection yet it’s the service provider’s fault. This business clearly doesn’t have integrity.
