No available customer service

This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. For support, there is no telephone number or email you can use. Only Facebook messaging and WhatsApp, none of which you can get to a person to respond to your query. I had to revert to the sales telephone number, and even after putting me through, it just kept playing a tune. This has been going on for weeks now. I don't know how a company is allowed to operate like this.
