No assistance with webafrica and zoom fibre

I have been struggling to connect to my WiFi that I purchased through webafrica with zoom fibre.

It’s been three days now with out any assistance rather to be transfers to different agencies that I have to now and then give my story with no help at the end of the day.

I need webafrica and zoom fibre to fix this problem as it is costing me 300 per day to purchase a data my kids online classes.

I have advised webafrica to change this zoom service service provider that is giving me headache
