No Assistance Setting up the internet

We are new customers as we moved into a new house. We phoned Webafrica to come and assist us from last week Tuesday already. We tried calling for assistance with setting up the new internet as today only they installed the router for us, As you might know sitting without internet is not fun and we had to deal with it since last week Tuesday. Please assist us by setting up the internet or we will not proceed with you guys being our provider.
