No assistance, No feedback , Struggling to communicate
Web africa , May I please have my subscription refund , I have been trying to RICA more than 7th attempts but failed, I keep receiving a message saying my RICA faile because you did not receive my proof of residence, I have been uploading my POP and its there, if I struggle now , I ask myself what going to happen as time goes on? Whos going to help me because your WhatsApp chat is not working, calling you is not working, sending an email for a ticket is not working , Nothing is working - Please refund my subscription fee paid on the 3rd of February 2021 , My Order Number: *** . I want my refund immediately.

25 Mar 2021, 03:05WebAfrica may I please have my R250 refund otherwise I will go to Ombudsman because I paid R250 after submitting my Proof of residence and my ID copy, you kept quit since then and You did not even bother to reply to my complaint. I want my money back.
