No assistance in my cancellation and no customer service.

This is by far the worst service by any ISP. Assistance is extremely bad and slow with no customer service. They only have whatsapp chats wich takes them hours to assit. Every reply from them takes more than 10mintes. And then on top of that you are constantly redirected to another slow responder. I asked to cancel my subscription the month before. No one assisted me with this. And now again they are not able to. I have to now make a case against then for *****ing my money basically as I am still being billed expensively for internet I am not using anymore.
