No assistance from WebAfrica Agents

When you internet connections you are referred to their WhatsApp Bot system which takes more than two hours to connect you to an agent. I have reported my issue of internet connection at 8am this morning, it is now 10:25 and I have not received any assistance whatsoever. This is not the first time I have struggled with this company.
