Hi Lindokuhle, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for assistance, especially after already trying the troubleshooting steps and not receiving the level of support you expected.Your concern has been taken seriously, and an escalation has now been submitted to our Faults Team for further investigation. They will review the issue in detail and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible. The 72-hour timeframe is typically provided to allow for thorough investigation, but please be assured that your case is being prioritised. You can expect feedback as soon as there is progress.Warm Regards,

 Hello  Lindokuhle.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially after spending so much time trying to get through and not getting the support you needed right away. We also hear your concern about the troubleshooting steps and the 72-hour timeframe; that’s not the kind of experience we want for you.

We’ve managed to locate your profile and can confirm that our technical support team has already logged a no connection line fault (Ref: #WA***). To help move this forward faster, we’ve raised an urgent follow-up with the team that handles all Metrofibre line faults and requested a priority update on your case. As soon as we receive feedback, it will be sent directly to you via SMS.

While standard fault turnaround times can take up to 72 hours, depending on the nature of the issue, please know that your case is being actively worked on to get your connection restored as soon as possible.

If you’d like any updates or further assistance in the meantime, you’re more than welcome to reach out to us via private message. We’re here to support you and will stay close to this until it’s resolved.

Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

Hi Lindokuhle, we completely understand how frustrating this ongoing downtime has been, especially with the impact on your work and productivity. Being unable to work while waiting for your connection to be restored is understandably stressful, and it’s clear that you’ve been waiting far longer than expected for updates. We’ve submitted a follow-up with our technical team regarding your line, and they are actively looking into the issue. While we don’t have an exact fix time yet, please be assured that the team will provide updates directly as soon as they have feedback. We know waiting can be difficult, but your case is being prioritised and monitored closely to get your connection restored as quickly as possible. If there’s anything new or urgent in the meantime, you’re welcome to reply here so it can be added to the investigation. Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
