No assistance and unable to escalate complaints

I have never experienced so much frustration with another service provider. I have been trying for ages now to get my internet connection back on. It is no use calling as you hold on for hours and the whatsapp support just keep saying they do what they can. I am paying for a service I am not getting and must buy data from another supplier to be able to work.
