super annyoed by Webafrica, My connection as been lost since last night 14th October 2021, Ive been on the phone all day trying to get through to the call centre I can't get through to any agent, I use the stupid watapp option still no agent instead i get massages that an agent will chat to me from 10 am till not 15H40?? like how is that working for clients?? I am working from home and having poor or rather no connection is very costly for me as i had to buy data and air time to call but still not help. No one , No plateform of yours is helping right now.
