No answer anywhere

It's extremely difficult to talk to someone. No one's on the phone, the whatsapp line gives no answer, I tried facebook. I've been struggling to get through because I ordered a new connection but my current line hasn't been released by the previous tenant. Because the service is so terrible I want to cancel my new order completely and it's an impossible task!!! I wish Webafrica would get back to me!
