No Agent Assitance

I have been sitting without internet since yesterday with success to get in contact with anyone from Webafrica. Tried their Whatsapp line where “Willie the robort” couldn’t even connect me to an agent. There is no way for me to fix my internet problem as i have tried numerous ways and now I will have to sit without internet until I’m connected to an agent. I’m working from home so it’s a huge frustration for me. Very disappointed and if I could take it back I would have never signed up with WA
