No after sales service

Absolutely shocking seevice, been having internet speed issues on and off for months, but it takes so long to get hold of anyone to assist (only WhatsApp and on app) that i only reported it a few times, thoae time they never fixed anything, was told they would send a tech, that never happened, i was going to cancel but told that would cost me R1000, i decided to get a new router instead and try that, with absolutely no help from webafrica, as i could not get hold of them again, i manged to set up the new router, now my speeds are stable and fast as they should be, what a useless service provider, no aftersales service what so ever
