NIGHTMARE to CANCEL due to terrible service delivery

They are TERRIBLE when trying to reach them, been trying to cancel since JUne 2024 and they finally cancelled in Sep 2024. All the time I have been paying. then they come back and tell me I owe another mont and handed over to debt collectors. It is absolutely terrible terrible service. we are now a YEAR later and I am still getting calls...
