I am so disgusted, regret ever taking up their services, what a nightmare to make contact with them, even on their WhatsApp number. Its as if they forgot they left that irritating voice note on their phone line's

It is impossible to speak to anybody if you have a problem,. your problem must just persist. But mind you their debit order's are paid every month, I wonder what will happen should one decide not to pay,,I'm sure their lines will come alive to give you a call.

My Wi-Fi is EXTREMELY slow, my son need to complete his assignments for college and just forfeit his due date's because of the slow Wi-Fi, where is takes him 3 hrs to complete now its 6-7 hours due to the Wi-Fi being so pathetic.
