New webafrica costumer review.

Just had fibre installed last Friday. Today I had issue with connection. I must say I was quiet frustrated with the long wait time of 18 minutes when I called. I then sent a message on WhatsApp. Besides the wait time of about 2 hours, I had the best representitive named Thabo. The customer service was great and he was so efficient and empathetic. My WiFi is back on!
