New telkom - time for WebAfrica to go down

Worst ISP. Do not buy from them. A quality service that has gradually deteriorated over the years to being worse than Telkom. No method for getting hold of tech support other than a defunct WhatsApp bot that never gets an actual agent, can’t use phone centre cause they only operate in working times but have not considered that most outage and when customers need them is weekends.

It’s a disgrace - time to move. Time to boycott
