New System is absolutely ********** - OTP

The new system update is absolutely awful. You can't do anything unless you have an OTP. You literally cannot contact an agent without an OTP, which means you cannot do anything on your account. I lost my old SIM, guess what. There's no way for me to speak to anyone to help update my number on the system, so that I can get these OTP's.
