New customer, trusted them but no internet from day 1 and now we are at 10 Jan? Pathetic

Newly signed up at WebAfrica, but now been without internet from day 1. Every day they say it will be resolved but is not and this is now day 11, my business can't function, my vodacom account is now R5000 and worst of all I've been billed by Webafrica for something that is NOT working.

Most pathetic service ever, if they sent out a technician from the day I told them then none of this would've been an issue.

Stay far far far away from them please
