new customer but no active line and incomplete installation after monies been paid

I am a new client that paid the monies that had to be paid but since last week and Thursday my installation has not been completed

its the 4 day into the new month and still nothing all im getting from the service agents is logging tickets but the issue at hand is not resolved. whatsapp that is **** rather have an email to respond to.
