New contract - and can't even get the start date right.

I have decided to end my service with MWEB and go over to Webafrica. I contacted them and said that I want to start at the 1st May with Webafrica, as I am still in my notice month with MWEB. They took the admin fee from my account, which I am fine with, the next thing they debited my account for Wi-Fi for April. I have W-Fi. Why must I pay double? I tried contacting them on the WhatsApp line, but the people manning it, don't read, and really don't understand english. I am very disappointed if my road with Webafrica starts in such a way. Don't know how its going to end.
