New client, zero assistance, zero effort, zero service just the WhatsApp robot with no agents

Signed up with these people on the 26 April today it’s 11 May and still my order is pending. WhatsApp useless and customer line not attended. No option to cancel order, stuck with a useless router. Worried they are going to debit me for service I do not have. Worst provider ever.
