NEW ADSL APPLICATION PROCESS

<p>in july i put in an application for ADSL and i was asked if i would like Webafrica to process every including communicating with telkom, I then advised them i would prefer them doing everything since they know and understand the process better.</p> <p>on the 8 of july i sent an application to webafrica, now and then web africa kept asking me to follow up with Telkom and it was me updatng them of the progress with telkom. now webafrica told me that everything was in order and sent me a mordem which its 3 days without internet. this application is taking alsmost 2 months.</p> <p>I keep receiving coms from different individual stating different thing and im told its an automated even though its directed to me. </p>
