Never use Webafrica, you have been warned!!!

2 weeks ago we were offline for an entire week. No one at Webafrica could assist, this morning we are down again and all the say is sorry, we will look at you issue next week and from there it will take 24 to 72 hours. So another week of no internet service. They also wont release our line without huge sums of money we have to pay them and a 30 day calendar month notice. So we are basically not going to have service for weeks. Cellular data is extremely expensive and they wont compensate or resolve the issue.
