Webafrica are without a shadow of doubt NOT built on customer service and by far the worst ISP I have EVER dealt with in my 30+ years in the IT industry. Over 8 hours waiting in queues over many many days (Happy to share the screen grabs if you want). If you say you want a new connection... Less than 5 mins I had someone, someone to take my money but not someone to cancel my order.

Cancelling and trying to return your router, took 3 hours before the message was closed by the bot, all while waiting for a response from the service agent. No number to call... WhatsApp only... Really...

Pathetic customer service for a commodity item.. Use someone else for sure...
