If i can give them minus starts i would, They Double billed me, and then the day after that they billed me again, all i get is sorry and it will be sorted for a week, after a while 1 of the debit orders was refunded but not the second one, when trying to phone them they now have ended up ending the call without someone answering. Nice to know that not only are they spineless but they cant handle customers, also stop telling us to use your whatsapp, it does not work, you wait about 3 hours if you are lucky, for someone to answer.
